Sample Workout

Upperbody Level 3 focuses on upper body strength but all functional workouts integrate the whole body. Before beginning this, or any type of exercise program, it is recommended that you consult with your physician for authorization and clearance. If you have trouble or get tired during the workout reduce the number of repetitions you do in each exercise. More advanced versions will add sets to some of the exercises to make it much harder. 

If you feel pain anywhere then your body is trying to tell you that you can not handle the activity you are doing and you need to address this before you can continue to workout. This is where a professionally designed analysis and progressive program will get back on track and ahead in the long run. Walkout

Like most of our workouts this one requires no special equipment. Here is an example of a "walkout" with one push up, similar to what you will find in this workout. Inside the workout you will find explanations, pictures and either the time duration or the repetitions for each exercise. So try it out and once you feel the difference, come back and we'll set up a program that fits your personal training needs. You can also check out the Get Started section for more information.
